Outstanding last round of the EnduroGP World Championship for Team JET-Zanardo. In Ambert, in the GP of France, the Chilean Ruy Barbosa finished twice first in the EJ2 class getting the second overall position in the Junior classification, while Giacomo Redondi and Joe Wootton were once each on the third step of the podium of E2 class. It was an exciting race, well organized by the Moto Club Livradois of Ambert with the participation of about 300 riders, 150 competing in the World Championship, and a large number of viewers. In this season finale Barbosa confirmed his potential winning the EJ2 and recording excellent times in all the special test, getting seven victories and finishing always in the top five. It’s a shame that on Saturday he finished fourth overall because of two falls, but he redeemed on Sunday with an amazing second position. Bittersweet race for Giacomo Redondi. On Saturday he got a positive third position getting excellent times always between the top positions. Unfortunately, on Sunday he was forced to the withdraw due to a sprain to his right knee while he was racing in the first Enduro Test. No consequences after the medical checks, but Redondi will carry out specific therapy in order to better face the last round of the Italian Championship. Positive race for the English Joe Wotton. On Saturday he struggled to find the right feeling getting the fourth position in E2 class. On Sunday he found the right rhythm finishing on the third step of the podium. The next race is the last round of the Italian Championship scheduled on 5th-6th October in Gaggio Montano, near Bologna.
