After almost three months off this weekend Team JET-Zanardo get on track in the Czech Republic, in Uhlirske Janovice, for the sixth round of the 2019 EnduroGP World Championship. An outstanding race for the team led by Franco Mayr. The young English Joe Wootton got his first Grand Prix victory on Saturday, ruling the first part of E2 class with an amazing performance, enhanced by the fourth overall position in the EnduroGP. In Saturday’s eleven special test he got five best time, one second, one third, one fourth, two sixths and one eighth positions. Wootton also recorded the best time of the EnduroGP in the next to last round of the day, finishing all the others in the top ten: this result made him fourth overall and the best rider with the 4 stroke. However, on Sunday, after many emotions, he made some mistakes finishing sixth despite two special test victory, one second, two thirds, two fourth, one seventh, one tenth and one ninth. Sweet and sour weekend for Giacomo Redondi, who in the first day finished eighth due to some falls, while on Sunday he got his redemption with the third step of the podium and the eighth position in the EnduroGP. Amazing double second for Ruy Barbosa in the Junior J2. On a total of 21 special test he collected the following placings: 3 first, 14 second, 3 third and one fourth. That’s a clear sign of his good growth penalized only by a tough Extreme Test and not suited to his feeling. Next race is the French GP, last round of the 2019 World Championship, scheduled on 27th-28th-29th September in Ambert.
